The Parish Centre at Christ Church offers meeting and conference facilities for small and medium groups at reasonable fees.

 

Hire Charges per hour:
Hall	£20.00
Lounge	£12.00
Concourse	£10.00
Kitchen: full catering	£15.00
Kitchen: tea, coffee and biscuits	£5.00
Staff: dishwashing	£6.50
Additional fee per hour for use of any of the above after 10pm	£10.00

Facilities

Extras:
Use of Overhead Projector and screen per hour	£5.00
Use of staging per unit	£10.00
Use of sound system, per hour	£10.00
Use of multimedia projector and screen: per hour	£10.00
User to supply their own laptop/video/dvd unit and copyright licence if projecting copyrighted video or film.

We would expect that:
you would treat the premises with respect and leave them in the condition in which you find them
you would provide any staff and consumables required for your own catering needs
alcohol and tobacco are prohibited
you would vacate the premises by the time stipulated on your booking form
you arrange the furniture to suit your requirements
you only use the rooms which you have booked.
