Christ Church has a diverse range of musical style. The choir leads the musical worship at morning Eucharistic services and occassional sung evensong, with a small orchestra of musicians leading at the Family Eucharist, usually on the first Sunday each month.

Christ Church is delighted to welcome Jonathan Eyre ARCO ATCL as the Director of Music in January 2008.
Jonathan was born in 1981 and is a College Organist and Singing Teacher at Mount St Mary's RC College and Barlborough Hall Prep School . Until July 2007 he was Organ Scholar at Sheffield Cathedral. He has an academic interest in the Music of the Chapel Royal 1550 – 1700 and the Liturgical Music of the Roman Catholic Church and combines his academic work with organ recitals, teaching as well as other liturgical work.
Jonathan holds Associate Diplomas from the Royal College of Organists and Trinity College London. He has recently been Assistant Organist at Chesterfield Parish Church.
